IT Hoppers will first conduct an informal phone interview. During the phone interview, we will review the work experience listed on your resume, followed by your employment objectives. The next step in our placement process is to schedule a face-to-face, personal interview at the local IT Hoppers branch office. We find our pre-screening process to be extremely beneficial to both candidates and clients.
After the pre-screen, IT Hoppers will contact you when we come across a position that meets your employment objectives. If you agree the position is a match, we will work quickly to capitalize on the opportunity. In the event that we do not have a match, we will continue to work toward the goal of finding you the best opportunity available.
Prior to submitting your resume to our client, we will request several managerial references. At this point, we will contact your references to review your work history and experience as it pertains to the job requirements.
